North Carolina is fortunate to have a varied and abundant source of local food. This book reflects the diversity in Western North Carolina. Some of the recipes were blue-ribbon winners and others were just too good to leave out. There are even "Fair Family Favorites," which are receipes from our dedicated Mountain State Fair staff and volunteers.
The new LEED-green certified Event Center boasts over 45,000 square feet and is an ideal location for a diverse range of events and gatherings -- from national and regional trade shows and conventions, to corporate meetings, public expos and large-scale entertainment events.
